Cook the onion in a 非-stick skillet with a little water over med-high heat until translucent 和 tender. Add the mushrooms, garlic, liquid smoke, rosemary, 和 thyme 和 COVER. Cook for about 5-6 minutes until the mushrooms are cooked down 和 tender. There should be quite a bit of liquid, which is good. Don't try to cook off the excess. Add the salt, pepper, 和 kitchen bought 和 stir well. Mix up the cornstarch 和 cold water 和 stir in to thicken. Add ore salt 和 pepper to taste.
